In the case that the problem cannot not be fix, you can send the product directly to SMAR for evaluation and repair.
Customer needs to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number with SMAR or with your Representative before and filling the forms below.
Fill one “Device RMA Form” for each device and only one “Evidence of Cleaning Certificate” (ECC) form before returning package. The ECC has to be completed and include in cases that a special cleaning was applied in at least one of the devices to be returned.
